Steve has been interested in real estate ever since he bought his first home in Manhattan years ago. He enjoyed doing home improvement projects and upgrading his home to enhance the look, function and value of it. Now he brings that passion for real estate and over 30 years of B2B sales experience to his clients, including experience negotiating pricing, contract terms, and implementing projects to post-sale follow-up. He uses his strong negotiating skills and meticulous attention to detail to guide his clients through each real estate transaction from start to finish. Steve has partnered with real estate veteran and long-time Lincoln-Way area resident Erica Bogdan to create The Home Team at Realtopia Real Estate. Steve currently lives in Tinley Park and focuses on the southwest suburban area, including Tinley Park, Orland Park, Mokena, Frankfort & New Lenox. When he isn’t negotiating deals for clients, Steve enjoys spending time traveling, going to sporting events and concerts. He is also a past President of the Tinley Park Chamber of Commerce and is currently on the Board of Directors for the chamber. He volunteers at many community events including Irish and Christmas parades, Oktoberfest, fundraisers, new business ribbon cuttings and many more.
